OPPO Find X9 reportedly selling under Rs 60,000 offline in Croma stores, well below its launch price
The OPPO Find X9 is reportedly available at an excellent price offline. It's worth checking out if the deal is available at your nearest Croma store.
Breaking it down simply — a tipster claims the OPPO Find X9 is being sold at around Rs 55,999 at Croma stores, though this is not officially confirmed.
The OPPO Find X9 arrived in the Indian market last November at Rs 74,999. If a tip doing the rounds is accurate, some Croma offline stores are currently selling it for somewhere between Rs 55,999 and Rs 59,999, which is a discount of Rs 15,000 to Rs 19,000 with no special offer attached.
The information comes from tipster Abhishek Yadav, who says he has heard this from two separate sources, which is why he felt it was worth putting out. It hasn’t been officially confirmed by OPPO or Croma, so treat it as a lead worth checking in person rather than a guaranteed price.
The OPPO Find X9 is built around a 7,025mAh battery, which is unusual for a compact form factor and is one of the strongest selling points of the phone. It charges at 80W wired and 50W wireless. The display is a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED running at 120Hz with peak brightness of 3,600 nits. The processor is a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 on a 3nm node. The camera system runs three 50MP lenses across wide, ultrawide, and telephoto, plus a 32MP front camera. Durability ratings cover IP66, IP68, and IP69, which is at par with the best you can get at this price.
When the Find X9 launched, its natural competitors were the OnePlus 15, Realme GT 8 Pro, and Vivo X300, all sitting in the same bracket and trading blows on performance and cameras. In the sub-Rs 60,000 segment, the competitive set changes entirely. You are now looking at phones like the Motorola Signature, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, and even OPPO’s own Reno 15 Pro Mini, and the Find X9 outguns most of them on spec sheets, especially because it’s a premium-tier.
Against the Galaxy S25 FE, which carries stronger brand value and Samsung’s software support track record, the Find X9 counters with a significantly larger battery, a more consistent triple camera setup, and a more rigorous water resistance rating. On raw hardware at this price, it’s a hard phone to argue against. The Find X9’s battery capacity, and camera consistency across the three lenses are harder to match.
Considerations before buying
Stock at this price is unlikely to last long and may already be limited to specific store locations. Pricing can also vary by city, so it’s worth calling your nearest Croma store to verify before making the trip. Also check which software version your unit ships with before buying. ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 is available on newer units, but not all stock will be on the same version. OPPO’s after-sales network in the country is reasonably spread out but not as extensive as Samsung’s, which is worth factoring in if service access matters to you.
At its launch price, the Find X9 was a good phone in a crowded field. At Rs 55,999, it’s an easy recommendation for the right buyer.
