The OPPO F33 and F33 Pro are now official in the country. Take a look at their specifications, price in the country, and availability details.
Fresh off the announcement desk — the OPPO F33 series is triple IP-rated, with the Pro model protected against high-pressure jets as well.
OPPO has officially launched the F33 and F33 Pro in the country. The new models serve as incremental upgrades over their predecessors, which debuted last September. The F33 series continues to focus on design while offering hardware suited to everyday use. The OPPO F33 retains a design largely similar to the F31, whereas the F33 Pro has undergone a visual overhaul, now featuring a large camera plateau. While it draws inspiration from the iPhone 17 Pro, the overall design remains distinct. The Pro variant also introduces interesting colourways, including Misty Forest with an industry-first dynamic 3D depth effect designed to resemble layers of mist and light within a quiet forest.

In addition to the Misty Forest, the OPPO F33 Pro is available in Passion Red and Starry Blue colourways. The colourways swap the 3D depth effect design for a plain, understated look with a ‘Starry Sea Lens Module’, which has sparkling sand accents for a shimmering and radiant glow.
The F33 Pro also sports a seamless high-gloss camera platform, contrasted by a soft-touch surround for a good in-hand feel bereft of any fingerprints and smudges. This device is 8.29 thick and measures just 194 grams. Furthermore, the OPPO F33 Pro is also built to withstand harsh conditions, carrying an IP69K rating for water and dust resistance, in addition to IP69, IP68, and IP66 certifications. The ‘K’ designation in IP69K indicates that This product can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, with protection tested up to 85 degrees Celsius. This device is also MIL-STD-810H certified for added protection against minor drops and falls.
The OPPO F33, on the other hand, may not carry an IP69K rating, but it still offers a comparable level of protection against water, dust, and minor drops. This device is available in Pearl White and Forest Green colour options. The Pearl White variant comes with a gradient aura finish reminiscent of the Reno 15 series. In terms of design, the phone opts for a compact, square-shaped camera module positioned at the top-left corner, instead of the larger rectangular camera island seen on the Pro model. This product is also slightly lighter and slimmer, weighing 189 grams and measuring 8mm in thickness.
Both smartphones feature flat edges, with a near-bezel-less flat display. As for I/O, you get a bottom-mounted USB Type-C port, along with a speaker grille and SIM ejector tray. The right spine has a power button and volume rocker, while the left edge is clean as a slate. The smartphones offer an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.
The OPPO F33 and F33 Pro specifications are similar to each other. The handsets sport a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 93.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, 1.7mm thick bezels, and 1,400 nits peak brightness. inside, the smartphones are powered by a mid-segment 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max SoC, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard. The F33 Pro comes with a 4,289mm2 SuperCool vapour chamber cooling system to keep the thermals in check.
The OPPO F33 series runs Android 16-based ColorOS 16 out of the box and houses a large 7,000mAh battery with 80W SuperVooc fast wired charging. The devices come with reverse wired charging and bypass charging features as well. The OEM claims that the series is 72-month fluency protection certified by OPPO’s laboratory. This ensures smooth operation up to six years.
On the optics front, the OPPO F33 series comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, the standard F33 comes with a 16MP selfie camera for everyday photography and video calls, while the F33 Pro steps things up with a 50MP front-facing camera. The Pro model’s selfie camera offers a 100-degree field of view and can automatically switch to an ultra-wide perspective when two or more people are detected in the frame.
Other features include AGC DT-Star D+ display protection, 5G, Jio-certified AI LinkBoost 3.0, AI photo and productivity tools, OLock for theft protection, Glove Mode to operate the phone without removing the gloves, Gemini Integration, and more.
The OPPO F33 is priced in the country at Rs 31,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the top-end 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants cost Rs 34,999 and Rs 37,999, respectively. The OPPO F33 Pro, On another note, begins at Rs 37,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Its top-end 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option will set you back to Rs 40,999.
The smartphones are up for pre-orders now via the company’s official website, Flipkart, and Amazon.in on purchases made using major bank cards in the country. The sale date remains under wraps; keep watching the space for updates.
Looking at the specifications, the OPPO F33 series focuses on durability and striking looks rather than raw performance. If you prioritise looks and fit the ‘adventurous’ user profile, these phones are worth considering now for their durability. That said, if performance is paramount, we recommend waiting for our full review and direct comparisons with rivals such as Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, OnePlus Nord 6, and Redmi Note 15 Pro+, which are relatively more powerful offerings in the segment.
