iQOO has opened pre-orders in China for its next set of devices: the iQOO 15T smartphone, Pad 6 Pro tablet, and TWS 5i earbuds. The official teaser keeps things minimal, focusing on design and early-buyer perks, but leaks have outlined what the hardware could look like. A full launch is expected later this month.

iQOO 15T expected specifications and design

The teaser image (via) of the iQOO 15T keeps things minimal. It shows the iQOO 15T from the side, highlighting a slim, flat frame with a slightly raised camera bump. There is no attempt to reveal the full design, just enough to signal that thickness, or the lack of it, is part of the pitch.

A separate leak from Digital Chat Station fills in more. The rear panel appears to follow the iQOO 15 Ultra’s design language, with a square camera module, two visible lenses, and a textured rim around the housing. The frame looks metallic, confirmed by antenna lines, and the leaked unit shows a silver finish. iQOO 15T leaked image shared by DCS

On the front, the phone is expected to carry a 6.83-inch flat 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. That keeps it in line with the rest of the 15 series. The shift seems to happen internally. The iQOO 15T is tipped to use MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chip instead of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 seen on the iQOO 15. That change is notable not just for performance expectations, but also for how iQOO could position the phone on pricing.

Camera and battery are where the spec sheet gets more differentiated. Leaks point to a 200MP Samsung HP5 main sensor with OIS, a step up from the 50MP camera on the iQOO 15. Battery capacity is expected to increase to around 8,000mAh with 100W charging. That combination suggests the 15T is being shaped around endurance and headline camera. Brands like OnePlus have already pushed battery sizes higher this year, so this looks like iQOO responding in kind. Other expected features include 8K video recording, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and an X-axis linear motor.

The iQOO 15 series now spans four devices: 15R, 15, 15T, and 15 Ultra. Instead of one clear premium-tier and one step-down model, iQOO is slicing the segment by use case. The standard 15 stays the all-rounder, the Ultra pushes top-end hardware, the 15R targets value, and the 15T, at least on current information, leans into battery life and spec-heavy appeal. The use of the MediaTek chip could help it sit between the 15R and 15 in pricing.

If the leaks hold, the 15T looks aimed at people who want long battery life and high headline specs, even if it means stepping away from a more balanced setup. India availability remains uncertain. iQOO has not confirmed any plans, and it usually brings a limited selection of its China lineup to India. With the 15 and 15R already covering price bands, it’s not clear if the 15T will make the cut.

iQOO Pad 6 Pro and TWS 5i also teased

The iQOO Pad 6 Pro appears briefly in teasers in a green finish, showing a slim build and a circular rear camera module. Leaks suggest a 13.2-inch 4K LCD display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, up to 16GB RAM, and a 13,000mAh battery with 90W charging. The hardware closely mirrors the Vivo Pad 6 Pro launched earlier in China, which is not unusual given the shared ecosystem. 1 of 2

The TWS 5i earbuds follow a more familiar route. They use a stem-style in-ear design with a black-and-gold charging case. iQOO claims up to 50 hours of battery life and a 42ms low-latency mode, pointing at casual gaming use.

in the country, iQOO’s presence in tablets is still non-existent, and its audio lineup is limited to the TWS 1e launched in August 2024. Unless The company expands its ecosystem play locally, these devices may remain China-focused.
