In case you were waiting for clarity, onePlus Nord CE 6 has been spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, 8GB RAM, and Android 16.

The upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 6 has appeared on Geekbench, offering an early look at what OnePlus is planning for its next CE-series phone. The listing, shared by a tipster and linked to model number CPH2805, suggests a focus on efficiency, while previous reports have revealed battery life as the standout feature.

In terms of OnePlus’ lineup in the country, the Nord 6 sits higher up under the Rs 40,000 bracket, while the Nord CE 6 will slot in below it as the more accessible option.

OnePlus Nord CE 6 benchmark scores

As per the listing shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, the Nord CE 6 packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and Android 16. The CPU layout includes one core at 2.71GHz, three at 2.40GHz, and four at 1.80GHz, along with an Adreno 810 GPU.

On Geekbench, the phone scored 1,101 in single-core and 3,117 in multi-core tests. That’s standard mid-segment territory. For context, the same chip inside the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has posted slightly better numbers in testing (review). The difference isn’t large, but it could point to OnePlus taking a more measured approach with tuning. Also testing conditions differ, so we cannot take a call based on one benchmark number. That said, in practical terms, this should be enough for everyday use, multitasking, and even some gaming, without pushing into overheating or battery drain issues.

OnePlus Nord CE 6 leaked hardware specifications

Battery is where things could change more noticeably. As per our previous report, the Nord CE 6 may come with an 8,000mAh battery, likely using silicon-carbon tech. If that holds, it would be a step up from the 7,100mAh unit on the OnePlus Nord CE 5, but still lesser than the Nord 6 which has a 9,000mAh cell. The Nord CE 5 already delivered strong battery life in regular use. With a bigger cell and a similar efficiency-focused setup, the CE 6 could realistically stretch into two-day usage for moderate people. That lines up with what we’re seeing across the segment this year, where battery capacity is starting to matter more than small performance gains.

The phone is expected to ship with 8GB RAM as standard, with a 12GB option likely. Colour options may include Black and White. A live image previously shared by tipster Mukul Sharma shows a matte finish and a dual rear camera setup in a squircle module, keeping things visually consistent with recent Nord devices. Industry sources have suggested the Nord CE 6 and a Lite variant could launch in the country in May.

If pricing stays close to the previous model, it should appeal to people who want fewer charging cycles and steady performance. Those looking for stronger gaming output or higher benchmark scores will still find better options a step above, but for typical use, this trade-off makes sense.
